How I redesigned a project I did in 2020 using my evolution as a UX Designer and a little shame on my face..
About
In this article, I bring the evolution of the project and how I changed my view of UX and application development. Now, I adopt a more mature approach, focusing on crafting design and considering the business side better.

New references and UX targeting
I went through several redesigns of the project, but the original essence remained. This left me frustrated, because I felt that something was missing. Even though it was an MVP, it didn’t solve the customer’s problem, and I didn’t even think about what the purchase, payment and delivery of the products would be like.
This new project brings together everything I learned at Bradesco and uses design concepts to create screens that help the user to buy medicines online safely.
Error scenarios, validations, and system issues
I noticed that many designers do not value documentation about a system’s errors and problems. This is just as important as the aesthetics of the app or the type of business. These details are what really impact the customer experience on a daily basis and show how much we care.
I created screens for different error situations or problems that may arise, with friendly text and guidelines that help the user in some way.
Crafting design: support to the user at all times
One theme that I have explored and incorporated in my projects is crafting, which seeks to make people’s experience more pleasant in different aspects.
I added animations on the waiting screens to reduce the customer’s frustration and make the experience more pleasant, with a simple language and a clean design.
- research and studies
New structure
Wireframes
I refurred my market research and, unlike the original project, I focused only on drug sales application references, analyzing how the purchase and search flows of these products work.
Based on this research, I created the wireframe and the possible error states that can arise when using applications. The link with the study is below.
Behind the cloths
A new design project was necessary, so I redid all the screens based on the wireframe, created new components and redesigned several elements to offer a new experience.
If you want to see my file and how I organized the prototype, follow the link below with all the screens in Figma.

Professional development
Rebuilding this project was an incredible experience. In the beginning, he focused only on design, but now has a complete purchase flow and crafting concepts. Today, I realize how my vision has changed and I was able to reflect this on the new prototype, bringing not only a better aesthetic, but a solid foundation for business and customer experience.
